BAR-À-SOL ☀️

Between 01/06 and 01/10 our beloved summer bar will open its doors once again. Just like this years Winterglow edition, we'll give BAR-À-SOL an updated look and feel that will surprise and amaze you!

Once more we will provide a cosy outdoor space. This edition will feature a fancy stretch tent, lots of Mediterranean plants, lounges and cosy lights. Indoor we'll create a hip and modern space filled with different activities and cosy spaces. You'll surely get that early-vacation feeling!

Looking for some side entertainment? We've got you covered with Gamified's Racing simulator and BLINK.PRO! Not everything is tech-related, we'll also provide classics like Darts, Table Football, Spikeball and a revolutionary type of ping pong 👀

Our different formulas offer something for everyone. From breakfast to lunch and from brunch to afterwork. Groups of all sizes and volumes are welcome!

What can you expect?

BAR-À-SOL is an all-in concept. We ask a fee for each person that will attend, which includes everything in the experience; food, drinks, location, staff, activities. No extra fees! A wide variety of formulas, each one caters to a broad audience. All forms of personalisation are possible; extended duration, modification of our drinks offering, addition of DJ, liveband,... ⛱️ How to book

Choose a date on which you would like to participate with your team/company.

Select a formula of your choice.

We'll present you with a proposal, tailored to your group.

Secure your booking.

Additional extra's or modifications to our formulas are available upon request.

🧪 Our formulas

Choice of 5 all-in formulas: breakfast, lunch, brunch, afterwork and afterwork with food. Each formula includes our standard offerings:
Snacks such as; fruits, nuts, crisps and crackers.
Drinks such as; orange juice, soft drinks, (0,0) beer, Tripel Soleil, wine, sangria, cocktails, mocktails (alcoholic drinks and alcohol free alternatives will only be served during afterwork formulas)

Breakfast: A mix of fresh pastries, pistolets and charcuterie OR a luxury breakfast with cheeses, jams, charcuterie, sandwiches and French bread. 2h duration.

Lunch: A mix of luxury sandwiches OR a mix of wraps and luxury sandwiches. 2h duration.

Brunch: An extensive brunch with a wide variety in charcuterie, cheese, bread, sandwiches and a fresh fruit salad. 2,5h duration.

Afterwork: A cosy get together with your team after working hours with all-in drinks. We offer specials like a Gin-Tonic cocktail and mocktail and a Mojito cocktail and cocktail. No food included, only our standard offering of snacks. 2,5h duration

Afterwork with dinner: With this formula you'll get a complete all-in-one concept, which consists of all-in drinks and food. Specials like cocktails and mocktails included. We offer a wide variety of choices for food. Perfect for your company summer party! 4h duration

Dinner options (à volonté): Foodtruck Fries, Foodtruck pizza, Foodtruck pasta, Foodtruck Mexican, Foodtruck Carribean, Foodtruck Western

Dinner options: Live BBQ*, Paella, Pizza delivery**
*BBQ formula includes tables with seats for each attendee, which makes it easier to consume the meal.

🍹 Refreshing drinks

Coffee, tea, fruit juices, chocolate milk and water for the breakfast formula.

The above + soft drinks, (0,0) beer and wine for the lunch & brunch formulas.

The above + cocktails, mocktails, sangria and Tripel Soleil (a local beer, brewed by a Cronos member) for the afterwork formulas.

🛋️ Cosiness

We transform the Glow hall (inside and outside!) into a summer spot where you'll surely get that early vacation feeling! The goal is to create a green and sunny space outdoors and a more modern and hip space indoors. Think of a fancy stretch tent, Tuscan Jasmine and other Mediterranean plants, wooden furniture, flowers, wicker baskets, cosy lounges, funky parasols and much more!

🎯 Activities

We offer different kinds of exciting activities during your stay at the Summerbar. Our activities are free to use and are standard in the summer bar setup. In either one of the formules, you'll get the same amount of fun!

Techy stuff like: Racing Simulator, Smartbike, BLINK.PRO Playstation 5.

Classic stuff like: Darts, Table football, spike ball, football.

And a revolutionary type of pingpong 👀
